Based in Brierley Hill, West Midlands, Jenmar Construction Limited was formed 6years ago – but we have over 20 years experience is dealing with Industrial Maintenance work on various Industrial Estates in and around the Midlands area for various Management Facilities Companies.

Not only do we undertake refurbishments of Offices, Toilets and Canteen units but we also construct these types of buildings as well from customers own specifications. We also undertake all kinds of maintenance work i.e. remove and replace broken windows, guttering, replace roof lights and roof repairs, make units safe and secure after break ins, arrange rubbish removal from site, general clean up of site, painting and decorating, door hanging, roller shutter door repairs, carpet fitting, fitting suspended ceilings, plumbing repairs, trenching for gas mains, laying and repairing concrete floors, fencing and landscaping  no job too big or too small.

We are SM & MS registered and are on their Contractor Plus Contractor Approved Database and we have recently been Safe Contractor Approved on their Safe Contractor Accreditation Scheme for Business.
